QHSE Manager - benelux

As QHSE Manager, you are responsible for the integrated quality, health, safety, and environmental management system within our organization. You support management and teams in a continuous improvement approach and ensure compliance with customer requirements, applicable standards, and legal obligations.

As QHSE Manager, your responsibilities include:
Maintaining, developing, and improving the QHSE management system
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable requirements
Planning and coordinating internal and external audits
Managing corrective and preventive actions
Managing non-conformities and customer complaints
Advising management on quality, safety, environmental, compliance, and improvement opportunities
Conducting risk analyses and monitoring associated action plans
Participating in the promotion of a genuine safety culture and continuous improvement through training and awareness initiatives
Collaborating with teams in the Benelux region to share best practices and harmonize processes

Your profile:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quality management, safety management, or a related field;

You have significant experience in a QHSE role within an industrial or technical environment;

You are proficient in quality management systems and possess excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit processes;

You have strong knowledge of occupational safety, environmental issues, and regulatory compliance;
You are fluent in professional English;
Knowledge of French, Dutch, and/or German is an asset;

You are known for your communication skills, organizational abilities, and capacity to unite teams around common goals
