Internal Technical Sales Representative – JUMO Belgium (Eupen)
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support and grow JUMO’s customer base in Belgium within industrial sensor and automation technology. Key responsibilities include preparing and following up quotations, managing orders and complaints, coordinating technical projects, supporting commercial activities and working closely with sales, marketing and technical teams. The ideal candidate has a technical background, strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive customer-focused mindset and genuine interest in industry and technology. JUMO Belgium is looking for an Internal Technical Sales Representative (m/f/x) for the Dutch-speaking market.
👉 Your role
As an Internal Technical Sales Representative, you will be a key link between our customers and our sales team. You will advise customers, prepare quotations, and ensure efficient follow-up of customer files.
👉 Your responsibilities
✔ Advise customers on our technical solutions (by phone and email)
✔ Prepare and follow up quotations
✔ Collaborate with the external sales team (Dutch-speaking market)
✔ Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
👉 Your profile
✔ Technical knowledge at A2 level in electromechanics or a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
✔ Knowledge of measurement & control (instrumentation) is an asset
✔ Native-level Dutch proficiency (mandatory)
✔ Good knowledge of French and/or English/German is an advantage
