Site Manager – North Limburg

Responsibilities: Oversee the entire operation of a manufacturing plant, manage employees, prioritize production and design, optimize production processes, ensure safety, and report to the operations director. Requirements: 10 years of leadership experience in a production environment, engineering degree or equivalent experience, background in construction and knowledge of precast concrete preferred, knowledge of management systems such as lean management, fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
