Sales engineer instrumentation (Antwerpen)

Do you enjoy advising customers and offering solutions in the field of measurement and control technology in the process industry? We have a varied job for you in which you will visit (potential) customers as well as perform inside sales activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who supports our customers with technical issues both online and offline through customer visits. You are the point of contact in the field of instrumentation and gas detection. You identify opportunities and conduct sales discussions by phone, e-mail and face-to-face. Your week consists of a maximum of two days visiting customers, the rest of the week you work from home or our office in Belgium. You work out quotations, keep meticulous records of this in our CRM system and, of course, follow up the quotation to score the order. You also ensure good contact with suppliers, so that your knowledge of the market and products is up to date. A varied job where no two days are the same!

This is what you will do
– You will visit customers, answer questions and give technical advice
– You actively think along with the customer and find the right solution
– You process requests in quotations and follow these up
– You work closely with your colleagues in the Netherlands and Belgium
– You participate in marketing and sales campaigns
– You maintain contact with suppliers and learn about products and the market

This is you
– You work and think at MBO+/HBO level (professional Bachelor) and preferably have a study background in measurement and control technology and/or electrical engineering.
– You are driven
– You have commercial experience in B2B
– You have an excellent command of the Dutch and French languages
