You help our customers! This can be by answering e-mails, entering orders in our ERP system or by answering their questions as quickly and accurately as possible. Together with your office colleagues, you ensure that customers are and remain satisfied. In addition to working with your office colleagues, you have a lot of contact with our support department and the account managers of the field service. Our account managers come to you for questions about prices, delivery times and other questions about our customers.
