GEFRAN GRM-H : Single phase Power Controller with integrated diagnostics
The availability of several configurable firing modes (ZC, BF, FT, HSC, PA) combined with features that ensure stable energy delivery to the load allow efficient temperature management resulting in energy optimization of the process. IO-Link is proving to be the most suitable communication to easily reach devices such as sensors and actuators. In this scenario, the GRM-H series can become a valuable source of process data, useful for the development of modern automation strategies such as predictive maintenance or machine learning. Simple and safe commissioning, ast maintenance and diagnostics are a requirement today for devices such as Power Controllers. The GRM-H series, thanks to NFC technology, makes it possible to extend user interaction by using standard Smartphones or Tablets as smart configurators.
BRONKHORST FLEXI-FLOW : #Redefined
NEW : MASS-STREAM D-6400
New generation BRONKHORST MASS-STREAM™ D-6400: Thermal mass flow meter/controller for gases with inline CTA (=Constant Temperature Anemometry) measuring principle. Model D-6471/DR3 was specifically designed for applications with ultra-low process pressures between 30 mbar(g) and 5 bar(g) at relatively high gas flow rates, from 6…300 ln/min to 60…3000 ln/min. Key specifications: robust design (IP65), less sensitivity to moisture and contamination and very low energy consumption. This innovative and reliable gas flow meter and controller is mainly used in aeration applications.

Supported by CAN Open and J1939 digital outputs, the new KMC ultra-compact pressure transducer can be easily integrated into major control systems in the mobile hydraulics sector. The sensor ensures high precision and temperature stability in applications such as agricultural machinery, construction machinery and material handling equipment.
GEFRAN Twiist ... Not just any pression sensor.
This innovative multivariable sensor is revolutionary in measurement technology and shows more than just the position. The versions with CANopen and IO-Link communication also show other process variables in addition to the position, such as movement speed, acceleration, angle of inclination, actual and maximum temperature, working time and the kilometres travelled by the cursor. Thanks to the patented measuring system based on the 3D Hall effect, the TWIIST can be used widely for applications in various industries.
GEFRAN IMPACT melt pressure sensor : The absolute word top!
The innovative IMPACT series is a melt pressure sensor without transmission fluid. As a result, the measuring membrane is thicker, which means an environmental friendly solution with a longer service life. The newest IMPACT "ILI" is the world's first melt pressure sensor with IO-Link communication protocol and meets the requirements of the "Industry 4.0" environment. With an accuracy up to 0.25% FS and thanks to PL’d’ and SIL2 certifications, this product is suitable for functional safety applications, and it optimally monitors your process. IO-Link is an internationally standardized, highly reliable point-to-point communication system for connecting sensors to automation systems. It works perfectly in combination with all common field buses and controls. Multiple functional parameters can be transferred from one device via IO-Link at the same time.
