Indigo200 Series Transmitters for Vaisala smart probes
Modular transmitters for Indigo probes Vaisala Indigo200 series transmitters are host devices for displaying measurement values from interchangeable Vaisala smart probes. Indigo200 transmitters send measurement data to automation and control systems through analog signals, Modbus RTU communication, or relays. The Vaisala Indigo200 series includes the Indigo201 transmitter with three analog outputs (mA or V) and the Indigo202 transmitter with RS-485 and Modbus RTU outputs. Indigo202 transmitters include a display panel for local data visualization. Display is optional in the Indigo201. All Indigo transmitters include button navigation for easy configuration. The transmitters provide multiple options for measurement probe connectivity, supply voltage, and wiring. Plug-and-play transmitters for convenience Indigo200 series transmitters feature plug-and-play probe installation for current and future Vaisala Indigo-compatible probes. Probes can be connected directly to the transmitter, or extended with a cable between Indigo200 and the probe.
Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP3 for General Purpose Humidity and Temperature Applications with Exchangeable Sensor
Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP3 is a general-purpose probe designed for processes with moderate humidity and temperature levels. The probe structure allows the sensor to be replaced in the field without tools, making it suitable for applications such as industrial HVAC systems, paint booths, cleanrooms, environmental chambers, and applications where periodic recalibration is not sufficient for maintenance. HMP3 is part of the Indigo family and is compatible with Indigo 200 transmitters. It can be used with Vaisala Insight PC software for data visualization, easy probe configuration, and field calibration. Compact Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP9 for Rapidly Changing Environments
The Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP9 is designed for easy installation in rapidly changing environments where a fast response time, measurement performance, and chemical tolerance are essential. The compact size enables installation even in tight spaces, with the probe head only 5 mm (0.2 in) in diameter. The HMP9 complements the Indigo product family and is ideal for applications such as inlet monitoring in dryers, air handling units, data centers, test chambers, and other humidity measurement applications with temperatures under 120 °C (248 °F) that don’t involve high pressure. The HMP9 is compatible with Indigo 200 Series Host Devices and Insight PC Software.

CO₂ Probe GMP252 for ppm-level measurements in agriculture, refrigeration, demanding HVAC, and for plant growth manufacturers The Vaisala CARBOCAP® Carbon Dioxide Probe GMP252 is an intelligent, stand-alone, ppm-level probe. It's intended for measuring CO2 in agriculture, refrigeration, greenhouses, demanding HVAC applications, and for plant growth chamber manufacturers. It is suitable for harsh and humid CO2 measurement environments where stable and accurate ppm-level CO2 measurements are needed. The operating temperature range is -40 … +60 °C and the measurement range is 0 … 10 000 ppm CO2, and even up to 30 000 ppm CO2 with a slightly reduced accuracy. The GMP252 can also be placed inside the Vaisala Radiation Shield DTR250 for measuring dynamically outdoor CO2 levels.

CO₂ Probe GMP251 for %-level measurements in life science incubators, cold storages and all demanding applications The Vaisala CARBOCAP® Carbon Dioxide Probe GMP251 is an intelligent, stand-alone, %-level probe for measuring CO2 in life science incubators, cold storages, fruit and vegetable transportation, and in all demanding applications where stable and accurate percentage-level CO2 measurements are needed. The operating temperature range is -40 … +60 °C and the measurement range is 0 … 20%CO2. The GMP251 probe is part of the Indigo product family and can also be connected to the Indigo 200 Series transmitters to extend its features, for example, for a display or relays.
Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMD/W80 ±3%RH Low Maintenance Transmitters for Standard HVAC
The HMDW80 series is versatile with transmitters for wall and duct mounting for measuring relative humidity and temperature in various building automation applications. These transmitters combine easy installation and reliable operation with a low requirement for maintenance. The HMDW80 Series has easy field configuration of wet-bulb, enthalpy and dew point outputs instead of RH in duct. There are IP65-classified transmitters for humid areas and sensors with a radiation shield for outdoor use. The series also includes temperature-only transmitters and transmitters with an optional display. The duct mount transmitters are well suited to a variety of duct sizes, the outdoor transmitters can be mounted directly onto a wall or pole without any extra accessories, and the wall mount transmitters can be installed without the need to make holes in the transmitter enclosure. The transmitters extend the options for measurement probe connectivity, supply voltage, and wiring. Rugged IP66- and NEMA4-rated metal enclosures ensure reliable performance even in the harshest conditions. Display for easy data evaluation and visualization The touchscreen display provides easy configuration capabilities, local data visualization, and simple diagnostic data. Perform maintenance work in the field while inspecting process conditions. Analyze historical data from the trend view and use the event log to examine process failures. Local data storage in the transmitter is useful in cases where automation systems don’t archive data. Versatile connectivity, power and wiring options Indigo transmitters are host devices for Vaisala Indigo-compatible, stand-alone smart probes. The transmitters have both analog and digital output channels, configurable relay options, and Ethernet connection. Power options include protected extra-low voltage (PELV), main power, and power over Ethernet (PoE). All the Indigo probes can be connected to any of the Indigo transmitters and changed without interrupting the process, reducing downtime. Transmitters with wiring headers inside the enclosure tolerate extreme conditions and eliminate the need for additional field boxes for interconnection.

The IP66-rated, corrosion-resistant metal housing of the transmitter is suitable for harsh conditions. The enclosure has versatile mounting options (DIN rail, conversion plate), a simple probe-mounting wheel, and an option to wire through the back for a clean installation. Optional probe cable extensions allow versatile probe placement. Transmitter access is controlled by a service port that can be opened by a 4-mm Allen key.
