DRONE DEMOZONE
SkyeBase supports asset owners and maintenance managers in industry by combining Drones and AI.
Within the process industry, strict safety regulations and ATEX zones often apply. As a result, drone inspectors are meticulously trained and strictly respect these regulations. Project plans are drawn up in advance and the time of execution is carefully chosen in consultation with the customer. Depending on the type of assignment, the right drones, crawlers and cameras are deployed for data capture. Inspections can range from visual, thermal, measurements to emission and wall thickness measurements.
Data capture is done through drone inspections and high-tech imaging and measuring equipment. The objective is to obtain crystal-clear insights into the condition of assets and for making (preventive) maintenance decisions.

Outdoor drone M300
This powerful outdoor drone operates using high-resolution cameras, sensors and a GPS tracker. Additionally, a range of payloads can be attached (thermal, optical zoom, RGB). This versatile inspection tool provides insightful data capture on storage tanks, vertical assets and overhead piping.
Indoor drone + visual / thermal camera
This indoor drone features a
can fly in channels with a minimum diameter of 500mm. The high-resolution camera and video give razor-sharp images. Thanks to the lidar sensor
kunnen eenvoudig 3D puntenwolken gemaakt worden waarop nadien defecten gelokaliseerd en geannoteerd kunnen worden. Deze veelzijdige tool
Wanddikte-stick
The stick with the UT module can perform thickness measurements up to a height of 18+ metres with sanding modalities. The system works on both stainless steel and steel tanks. Measurement can be done on vertical walls, sloping walls and roofs. Sanding is possible if the surface to be measured is rusty or dirty. All measurements are performed with at least an A-scan.
Tank robot with visual camera and
ultrasonic tester
Visual inspection: with 30x optical zoom, accurate sub-millimetre sizing, full photo and video recording options and mounted on a robust robotic platform, the remote inspection camera detects any defects or cracks, regardless of angle. Even defects as small as 65 microns.
Wall thickness measurement: UT testing tools are added to this robot. This NDT inspection technology is used for thickness measurements, B-scans, weld inspection and efficient mapping of large areas. This highly manoeuvrable robot can position the probes anywhere.
Underwater drone (ROV) with RGB camera
and sonar
This underwater drone (ROV) is equipped with a high-quality camera for film and video, laser equipment, sonar and lighting to carry out inspections. The perfect tool for inspecting firewater tanks, underground pipework and water structures.
