Thanks to the Trescal Vision planner, Trescal organized a pit stop campaign to gain 1.6M€ in productivity for Stedin, the Dutch national electrical company. For years Stedin organized the service of their field technicians’ tools, training, and vehicles at different intervals. Rather than continue to face logistical issues and loss of productivity, they appointed Trescal to streamline the process.
Every day, 40 technicians would come to be trained while their vehicles were serviced and their instruments calibrated the same day. Trescal calibrated 20,000 instruments over 40 days while 1,600 technicians were trained.
