
Customer Service Administrator
Competence requirements, theoretical background/education:
• Higher secondary education or equivalent by experience
• (Basic) Technical knowledge or technical interest in fluid system products
Competence requirements, practical background:
• Multilingual: Dutch / French / English
• Computer skills: Outlook / Excel
• Continuous learning
• Customer-oriented
• Knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus, but not a requirement
Main goal:
• Assisting customers from quote to invoice
• Responding to customers' questions: telephone / email
• Back-up for team members
Responsibility:
• Technical
• Understanding the customers' questions
• Determining who to direct the questions to
Sales:
• Support customers and account managers in daily operations
• Provide answers on technical questions or direct them to the right colleague
• Administrative support to the sales process including both in- and outbound communication
• Other responsibilities:
