Then, he offers them a suitable solution (technical and/or financial) for which he is authorized to negotiate the commercial conditions of sale (cost, implementation, guarantee, delivery, etc.).
From first contact to after-sales service, he is one of the main contacts for Méca-Fluid customers. He is also their intermediary with the company's departments (research and development, quality, maintenance, etc.) and the manager of their projects (planning, costs, etc.).
